10 lompong sticks (cut to 3 cm long)
Seasonings:
5 cloves of garlic
6 spring onions
6 pieces of cayenne pepper
2 red chilies
3 cm turmeric
1 teaspoon coriander
½ teaspoon pepper
Salt, flavor and sugar to taste
3 bay leaves
3 pieces of lime leaves
3 cm galangal
400 ml coconut milk
500 ml of water. After cutting the lompong, wash and drain.
Grind spices such as shallots, garlic, turmeric, bird's eye chilies, red chilies, coriander and pepper.
Saute the spices with a little oil. Saute until aromatic should take about 10 minutes, use medium heat.
Add 500 ml of water, salt, flavorings and sugar. Stir until it boils.
Add lompong and coconut milk. Stir it up. Wait until the lompong is slightly soft and the sauce is boiling. Taste test.
Turn off the stove and serve the lompong vegetable with coconut milk.
